Neovate accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery credit cards. Please write one check for competition entries and convention registration.
PAYMENT DEADLINE
If fees are not paid in full 30 days prior to event start date, discount rates will not be applied.
CHECK FEES
All returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee.
REFUNDS
No refunds on convention fees. No exceptions.
REDEEM A SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarships may be redeemed emailing a copy of the scholarship in to Intrigue and listing the event it should be applied to Scholarships may only be used from the 2024 - 2025 season. Prior season scholarships may not be used. The highest received scholarships will be used and lower scholarships will be voided.

OBSERVERS
Observers are allowed with paid students only and may not be teachers, studio owners or dancers. Observers are not allowed to participate, take notes, pictures or video at any time during the class. Observer bands can be purchased prior to or at the time of the event. Space is limited in select cities.
WRISTBANDS
ID wristbands must be worn at all times. You will be charged for a replacement wristband if damaged or removed.
CONFIRMATIONS
If registered by the 30-day deadline, registers will receive a confirmation via email detailing convention participants..

Guidelines & Liabilities
Scholarship Guidelines
- All dancers must attend ALL days of classes to be awarded a scholarship. lf a Faculty member notices a dancer missing class, they will be penalized and their scholarship may be withdrawn.
- All scholarships must be used before the expiration date printed on the scholarship voucher.
- Scholarships are not transferable. No exceptions.
- Dancers ages 22+ are not eligible for scholarships.
- Should a student choose to transfer studios before redeeming an Intrigue scholarship, the scholarship will only be honored with permission from the studio owner under which the dancer received the award.
Safety & Other LIabilities
- Video cameras and photography are not allowed in the workshop rooms at anytime. Neovate reserves the right to use any images taken during the convention for promotional purposes.
- Please report all accidents and injuries to an Neovate Event Manager immediately.
- Gymnastics will not be tolerated in class or in the halls of the Venue.
- Students under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a chaperone.
